Shared Folders with Read Only Access Not Syncing in Outlook 2016

I'm using Outlook 2016 (Build 14326.20784) and have my email account setup as an IMAP account. I have some mail folders shared by another user that will not display or sync in Outlook. Any mail folders in which I have Read Only access to, will not display or sync. However, the mail folders in which I have Read / Write access to display and sync just fine in Outlook. We're using SmarterMail Enterprise Build 8055. I've made sure all folders are attached in Web Mail, and also tried to de-attach and re-attach them with no success. Does anyone know a solution or workaround for this issue?
