Cannot take ticket

Not A Problem
There is no option to TAKE a ticket (thus cannot reply).

Hi Don,

To take a ticket you'll need to tap the three dot (...) menu to the right, and tap on Transfer. Then you would just need to assign it to yourself in the Transfer options.

You can also swipe left on the ticket from the tickets list. You'll get a (...) option. Click that, and you can hit "Take" from the menu that's displayed.
