Mobile app - grey screen

Resolved
Mobile app works for a few mins... 
But then launching the app gives a completely grey screen, nothing else.

Killed all apps and relaunched... same grey screen.
Rebooted phone, app shows correct again.

Android 9

App is basically unusable.  Attempts to re-launch get grey screen and nothing more.
Have to reboot phone to get back into app.

Has that occurred more than once? If you can replicate, can you let us know if its just overall time in the app or maybe a section?  Anything to narrow down what we should look for.  Thanks for providing Android 9.  Was brand and version of phone is it?

Installed on 3 phones (Android)...
Used on 2 of them so far, occurring on both.
- OS version: 9
- Phone brand: BLU

Simply relaunching app gets grey screen.
Time between relaunch varies.

I was not getting chat alerts, so went to launch app and got grey screen.

Looks like we were able to reproduce this and found a solution for this issue. A fixed version will be coming out in the next build which should be coming to you in the next few days. Thanks again for bringing it to our attention.
