Calendar window not coming up when clicking New

Since updating to SmarterMail Enterprise 100.0.7957.24848 (Oct 14, 2021), I have a client reporting that the event window doesn't come up when she clicks the New button. I can't replicate the problem, and she says it works okay on her other device. Does this sound like a browser setting or a conflict with security software?

I think this might be a browser setting Karen. Can you have this user try from a guest session in that browser and let us know if it happens there too? If it doesn't, there is likely a Reset Settings option somewhere in the browser that should correct this. The other possibility would be a pop-up blocker as we do load that as a new window. I hope this helps!
