Upgraded to version 100.0.7957.24848 - the directory name is invalid

Upgrade from 7242 to 7957, and have been running for about a week now.
a Customer has said he has not being getting any emails since the day before the upgrade.
when I use the admin portal to impersonate the user it displays "the directory name is invalid" when I go into his account  through impersonation.
How do i find out which folder is causing this issue.

Hello Paul, 

I would start by looking in the Error log, See if this points you to a folder. Look for any reserved names in the users folders.json file ( or malformed names )
