Windows Mail, Windows 11 and EAS (Office 365, Exchange)

We wanted you to know about an issue we've found when using Windows Mail and EAS with SmarterMail.

The issue is this: You add your account to Windows Mail as an Office 365, Exchange account (via EAS) on Windows 11. The account sets up fine, but you'll see a "Nothing has arrived yet" message for your inbox. Once you reboot, mail starts downloading just fine. 

We've posted the issue with Microsoft, and it should be fixed in an upcoming Windows update. Please understand this is not a SmarterMail issue, but something with Windows Mail and Windows 11. Once more information is made available, we will let you know.
