Smartertrack Live Chat Not Chiming

Hi 

Wondering if anyone else is seeing this issue. My support and I have noticed that if Smartertrack is open in a browser window and not in the browser front view, the live chat chime does not work. We miss live chats because Smartertrack is not chiming when the window is behind other windows.

I believe this may be a byproduct of settings in Windows. Can you check to see if Focus Assist is turned on in Windows on these client PCs? 


This was a feature that disables incoming notifications from windows that don't have focus, and it may be silencing your chat notifications. Let me know what you find out there!

Thanks, Kyle I will try this but not sure, the chime works half the time and does not work the other half, I think it is
due to how many browser and tabs I have open

this is why I refuse to use any live chat app that doesn’t have a dedicated app. Browser just doesn’t cut it.
