[Feature Request] List bounces review reason by list admin

I would like to propose an option to allow the list administrator to review the reason for the list bounces.

We moved a customer from an old to a new SM version where he got every single bounced email. Now he need to contact us every 2-3 days to check the system logs and see the reason for a bounce.

We have only very few customers using the mailing list functionality, but I can't imagine how this would be with hundreds of clients requesting a logcheck every day.
