Before submitting suggestion #2 can you provide an example of what keywords would be used, and how they would be used?
Regarding #3, you can already set the default language for all users on a domain (or across all domains) in the User Defaults. To do this for an individual domain login as the system admin and go to Manage > Domains > edit the domain. Click on the User Defaults tab, locate the User card, and set the default language. After saving the change you will need to propagate it to all users. Going forward, any new users should have that language automatically set for them.
In the future, please keep feature requests separate, as it is easier for tracking purposes.
