Good morning! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. This error indicates the GRP file referenced (mail data) is corrupt, and will need to be restored from a backup. This should be done from a known good backup copy with the SmarterMail system service stopped. When finished, have the user attempt retrieval again and this should clear right up.
