I belong to a Photography Group... the administrator of group sent out a bulk e-mail to all members and SmarterMail rejected it, probably as SPAM... How do I get Smartermail to enable trusted site's bulk e-mail to get thru to my INBOX?

This is a perfect example of how/why SmarterMail should return more information on spam rejection.

Something like:

Message Rejected: SPF Failure
Message Rejected: Cyren, SpamCop, SpamAssassin
Message Rejected: SmarterMail Code 7.2.1

Those who do NOT want to give the user this additional information for security reasons can turn this off.

This information would help users just like this one.

Thanks,
Ron

You could add the administrator email address to your list of trusted senders. As long as future messages don't fail SPF and DKIM, it should deliver them to your inbox.
