Lost in space: Can't find setting for log level anymore
Question asked by Martin Schaible - 7/24/2021 at 2:11 PM

Good day

I feel actually a bit silly. The logs for ActiveSync is filling the disk and i need to reduce the log level for now.
It's unbelivable, i can't find the settings anymore to set the level of the log files. It's tragic, i know.

Can please someboy enlighten my before i get nuts?
Many thanks

Cheers

Thank you very much.

We have the same issue with EAS logs filling the disk and have been recommended to lower logging to Exceptions only which we did, but they are still filling the disk. So I think we need to fix the root issue which is the EAS logs growing to over 30GB when before updating to Build 7866 they weighed in less than 1GB per day.

@Martin and @Ionel, can I recommend that both of you start support tickets if you haven't already.  There shouldn't be any EAS logs that large.  I would like to review those logs and check for irregularities.

Thanks Robert, I reopened ticket 230-28814F9D-0B60 and also provided an archive with a few huge logs for you to check.
