Blocked Sender Just Sits in Inbox

It doesn't matter how many tabs I have open, the load on the mail server, etc. My inbox continues to fill with "Blocked Sender" left and right. Shouldn't something the system is marking as blocked sender truly be blocked? This is happening on over a dozen accounts. Some super old and some made in the past month. Any ideas on how to fix?


On the latest version of the software and have restarted the mail server.

Can you post redacted headers of an example message so we can take a look? If you could also pull the Delivery logs for that session and post this that will help.

Hello, 

Following up on what Kyle said. This sometimes happens when the return-path and From address are different. For this blocked sender. Are you see that that the FROM address is the one in the list of blocked senders?
