Users in database but not showing.

I have 89 users in the st_Users table but they are not showing within smarter track management interface. We upgraded from version 12 to 13.1.6684.15400 when we moved servers. I also thought the agents were in the employees area but nothing there also.

Can someone help please?

An update on this. I've added a new user within the management interface the new user has gone in the database however still no users are showing within the management interface.

The system reports loading with the 3 full stops constantly moving, loading never completes after leaving the screen on for an hour plus.

It looks like you're looking in the wrong location. Agents are viewed within Settings>Employees whereas end-user account types are viewed in Users/Organizations. Can you check that out and let us know what you find out?

Employees + Users not showing in interface. They are in the database, you can add a user and it adds to the database but does not show. All tickets work fine.

Departments list fine.

Can you help?
