Hello,

I want to prevent outgoing spam email from my server. So I configured my sever follow this article https://portal.smartertools.com/kb/a3022/configure-outbound-spam-blocking.aspx. When check delivery log, I see SmarterMail skipped spam check outgoing email when I send email from webmail. This is the full log:

Why SmarterMail skips spam checks with user authenticated? How can I prevent outgoing spam email from my server? Thank you for any idea!
