add option to gateway

On other servers I have found an option on the relay server useful on more than one occasion

In outbound gateway it would be useful to have an option:

"use gateway if direct send fails"

Maybe by sending an email to the admin about the reason for the failure.

It came in handy when for some reason (sometimes for no real reason, see outlook.com, live.com, etc.) blacklist server ip

I have generated a ticket that we can use to escalate this as a feature request, and I will follow up with you there shortly. 

In the meantime though, you should be able to set up your gateways/domains to use Round Robin in which case it will rotate through the IPs on the server and the configured outgoing gateways. In this setup, if delivery fails it will rotate through the next IP or gateway it has available to it.
