"Missing Attachment" warning should ignore quoted text

The "Missing Attachment" warning has saved me so many times. But, recently more and more people we correspond with have the "Mail from Outside" warnings (do we have that feature yet?) auto attached to the emails they are replying to, every time I reply to any email, whether or not anyone has mentioned an attachment, SmarterMail sees the word "attachment" and warns me that I am about to forget the attachment. This happens so often now, that I ignore the warning, making a formerly useful feature nearly useless.

Can it just ignore quoted text?
