I upgraded and relocated my email account to a Microsoft Office 365 exchange server. This service has around 150 users, and the "need password" error appears at random. When that happens, I make a decision. However, I found that some of the email addresses have been connected to a Microsoft account. I haven't done any further testing to see how many email addresses there are.Is it possible that the microsoft account associated with that email address is causing the need password error? When I tried this, the user I checked with had never linked her work email to a Microsoft account, and when she tried to reset her password, the Microsoft account was locked for security reasons.
