Detailed POP/IMAP log for specific users

I would like to suggest to add some toggle to users (only visible for admins) to enable or disable detailed log for the different services, per user basis.

Actually we can't leave logging for these protocols to detailed because it generates 20-30 gb log files daily and probably do a lot of disk IO for nothing, so we leave them to Normal logging which is not really useful for debugging a user issue.

Something like

[x] Detailed POP log
[x] Detailed IMAP log

So this would overload the global log level set in troubleshooting options when the transaction is about this user. Optionally it could have also an option to log this in a separate file, like imap-user@domain

Something like:
[x] Detailed POP log [x] to separate log file
[x] Detailed IMAP log [x] to separate log file 

Could be applied to all protocols as long as user is identified at some point.

I think this would really help admins to troubleshoot issues with users without having to globally enable the detailed log...
