Actions > Mark > Spam feature not working on Mail3
Problem reported by Emanuel Phillips - 2/4/2021 at 3:34 PM
Client's mail is hosted on Mail3.  Prior to having to replace the drives that went bad, the client was able to use the Actions > Mark > Spam feature to move mail from her inbox to her junk folder and block emails from the sender.  Since the server came back online, that feature no longer works.  I've tested with accounts on Mail2 and Mail4 and it is working on those servers.

Thank you.

thanks for the reply. I am from west.com and I just wanted to know the settings or configuration location where I can activate the feature ACTION > MARK > SPAM to move the message to JUNK FOLDER. Right now the feature isn't working.

Thanks again for your help
