I tested this in Chrome, Edge and Firefox all have the same issue. If you try to change the size or type of font highlighting text in the editor it simply redirects the curser to the top of the document and allows you to start typing with the new text settings there, but will do nothing to the highlighted text.

Also tried clearing local cache still not luck.
