Prevent email field in create ticket form in portal

Is there a way to prevent the email field from displaying and being edited in the create ticket form in the user portal? I created a custom template and don't have email listed but it still shows up. I don't have Display Name listed and it doesn't show so I figured email would be the same.

It worked correctly when I fist published the template and when I checked again email was displaying. We have the users email in their account so why would we ask them for it and or let them change it on ticket creation if a user is logged in?
