Unable to log into Primary Administrator account with SM 16.x

Good Afternoon!

I'm running into an issue when trying to log into our Primary Administrator account. It used to allow me to view the Manage tab where I can see the Spool, Blacklists, etc. Now it just logs me into it as if it's an email account.

There is an account under the regular accounts view with the same name as the Primary Domain, but it seems that the two are linked somehow. If I edit the Primary Admin's name under the Administrators tab in the Account view, it also edits the name for the regular account.

Can anyone help point me in the correct location please? Let me know if there's any additional information I can provide.
