We use online chat a lot, however we really could do with adding chatbots to the system.

Obviously this would be huge work to add to the core program itself, however there are many opensource chatbot systems out there, so the sensible thing would be to integrate with one or more of them.

If anyone knows how to integrate ANY chatbot into the STRACK live chat, that would be great - however if not, I would like to request this feature to be added, and would suggest using https://botpress.com/ as it looks easy to use, and is of course free for the opensource version.
