Intermittent timeout issues

Hello SM Community - We upgraded to Build 7611 this past weekend, and ever since, we have noticed intermittent timeouts. Our mail server is not that heavily used (<1000 send messages a day), but we'll notice a 20-30 errors from various connecting applications and clients about being unable to connect. Re-trying shortly afterwards proceeds like normal, and other connection attempts at the same time (even from the same client) appear fine. We cannot replicate the issue, but in the last four days the problem has been consistent. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any ideas about how we can troubleshoot? The timeouts are being reported from regular email clients, third party software (like database backup notifications), and custom web application SMTP connections. The only piece that has changed between all of those components in the last week is the SM version.

Just FYI: This ended up being on our end. There was some disk corruption that was causing SmarterMail issues and led to this timeout issue. False alarm!
