Mapi, outlook 365 and SM ver 7593
user reported that he is missing emails in Outlook.
I did log into his account on his computer.
comparing whats on the server vs whats in outlook I can see he is missing several.
Several from other users on his own domain.
Outlook has the latest updates.
I deleted everything in his outlook folder on his computer. Then deleted the connections on the server. Also reindexed the account
Created a new MAPI profile and set it up.
Still same issue.
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this before I open a ticket?
