Can anyone recommend a good hosting control panel to help manage our hosting business? I currently use WHM servers for the websites and SmarterMail for email.

Hello, try Virtualmin (Webmin) - we are using it for many years now and it's very stable

Maybe mspcontrol or solidcp ? I think they both support SmarterMail
