How to clean up the directory "Previous Sent Messages" inside Lists Folder

Hello,

We have a lot of domains with a lot of Mailing Lists and we found some directories called "Previous Sent Messages". I cannot find any information about this directory in manual and forum.

I'd like to know if it's safe to remove this *.GRP inside this directories.
