SPAM Quarantine and Virus Quarantine: add a way to see why an e-mail get quarantined

As title says, please add more infos on why an e-mail get quarantined (like what filter, with what score, at what point in the spool queue, ecc...) and a practical way to see them.

At the moment the only way to have that info is to take a lot of time searching on various logs, and it's very difficult to allways find what we are searching!
