Autoresponder not working in Smartermail

Hello Team,

We have enabled Autoresponder but its not working as expected. None of the sender receiving Auto-Reply email. Can you please help to fix the issue. We are using below build version.I have attached the autosender settings.

SmarterMail Professional

Thank you for reporting this @Mohamed.  It is a known issue.  I will update this thread when we have more information.

I just experienced this myself.  It is working for some users but not others.  Does that fit in with the nature of the bug?

Hey buddy, make sure to enable the second option "Disable responses to Indirect mail" in the app settings and try again, test things. Last time when i have tried that option gave me the best results because the tool understands few email id's are indirect mail, make sure to test by enabling and disabling again to see which setting works although the best response will be given by the experts epic sports

I don't comment on here much. I'm an IT assistant. But I do follow the forum. It's shocking to me that this is called production software. One bug is fixed, and it breaks another thing. And some of these bugs are major. It seems to never end. I understand that it's complicated software, but ultimately, this is really not much of an excuse. Some folks have commented that the last release of V15 is very stable. My experience is that this is true. I know that there are features missing from that version, but some of our bosses happily trade these features for stability, if the product otherwise does what they want. Bottom line: In 2020, email has to work reliably, and do what it's configured to do.
