Registered User - Add additional email address for listing ticket

I have clients that use multiple email address and need to see their tickets under one username. I also migrate client's between email domains. Making it easy for agents to add an alias email address to a registered user so all tickets show up one one portal session. Then later possibly add an email alias option for the registered user side with verification for security.
