mail from Trusted Senders gets sent to JunkMail

Hi, friends. Since updating SmarterMail a couple of weeks ago, my clients and I have noticed that a lot more spam false positives occur. Mail that comes from Trusted Senders, and senders in my SmarterMail address book, often gets routed directly to Junk E-Mail.

I carefully use the SmarterMail Recommended Spam Settings.

Has anyone else noticed this? Thank you for any insight.

Trusted Senders bypass all RBL and URIBL checks, but they're still subject to SPF and DKIM. You'll want to check the headers of messages from Trusted Senders that are being marked as spam and see if it's due to them failing these checks. If so, you may want to adjust your scoring accordingly.
