What Statistics Does SmarterTools Gather?

Although written for SmarterMail I am curious to know WHAT STATISTICS SmarterTools is pulling off of our servers to determine "non-used" features. Being our customers are calling us on features removed because only 1% of the world uses them I want to know what is being gathered from our servers.
