SmarterMail Log Format

Not A Problem
We often send SmarterMail logs in our tickets. When pasting the logs from SmarterMail to SmarterTracks the format is unreadable. See screenshots for before and after. 

Sorry for the editing. Hopefully, you can see what I'm talking about. I'm on macOS, and get the same results in Chome and Firefox (incognito on both to confirm its not a plugin issue). It works fine in safari.

Currently manages 3 SmarterMail installations (1 in cloud for SERSIS which provides service to a few hundreds 3rd party Mail Domains + 2 on premise to customers)

This is due to SmarterTrack ingoring the newline chars when copy/pasting from some apps.
We curreltnly have a ticket open witht ST about this issue.

I have reported this. As a current work around use the "Insert Code" option to get the formating that you are looking for.
