What version of SmarterMail are you currently using? We have identified a potential bug with adding subscribers via the API that we're currently investigating.

Hello Thanks for responding, let me update you as I was having problems with  Build 7242, as I couldn't add the folder to the task and also I couldn't add subscriber, support advise to upgrade to version so I migrate to version SmarterMail BETA Build 7454, and actually using  SmarterMail BETA Build 7458, when I migrate Add folder to Task section solve but this adding subscriber by API won't save subscriber in Mail List

Carlos,

A fix for this was included in build 7459, which was released late yesterday.
