We finally did it, the night between saturday and sunday, we've gone mapi-BETA on our production server.

The upgrade went smooth and it seems there was no major issue (yet).

However we're starting to receive complaints from webmail users that the layout changed and they can't find where to set it back to what it was. I guess it's about the preview pane to bottom or right.

It seems that it can't be changed anymore ? Why has this been removed? We need valid arguments to explain to our customers why there is this regression (and I also would like to know too). We just can't tell them "it's life...".
