Hi!

We have a list of signatures that are basically templated responses to certain sorts of follow-ups or situations. In a previous version of SmarterMail, we could select the appropriate signature and then make small changes to customize it. This feature of saving time with templated emails is something we greatly miss. 

It's a capability in Gmail and other mail clients. And maybe this capability exists in SmarterMail and I'm just missing the setting.
