How I use AddAttachment ?

Hello !

This is the official documentation :

and this is what i did : 

But it doesn't work I have à bad request (400) response ...

There is no example for the "input_post" in the doc like for all others functions so I think the error come from here :  
Can someone who as already used this function can help me ?
