7232 - Still has folder syncing issues

Brand new setup of Outlook on a new VM, no devices under my account other than my iPhone/iPad on EAS.

Inbox is stopped updating after I deleted some emails from webmail. Tons of OST Integrity checks complaining that x email exists in the .ost file but not on the server followed by sync errors.

This happened just a few minutes after the mailbox finished syncing. I was setting up some extra rules via webmail, deleted about a dozen emails from inbox, then emptied deleted items via webmail. Outlook never updated the inbox and started spitting out the above errors.

Note that now I have another folder under the same account with OST integrity errors of missing emails, though I did not remove any emails from it and it has stopped syncing.

Deleted outlook profile, killed the appdata\* folders and removed Outlook MAPI/EWS from the connectivity area of SM. Add back to Outlook and immediately upon adding my account, got a sync error.
