7429 Sync Failures

My MAPI account stopped sync'ing again today, had to clear my offline cache to get it working again.  I found this in my Sync Failures folder:

The last e-mail I received before sync was lost was around 5:04pm, though I did upgrade the mail server software at 6:20pm, and did not close Outlook during the upgrade.  I did get a sync failure at 6:26pm, then again at 7:13, 7:34, 7:40, 7:55 ... (upgrade finished around 6:30)

I know you guys are talking about Mapi but i just updated from 7242 to 7429 today and one of my clients has stopped syncing contacts as well as email folders. He only has about 3gb of email  but has lots of folders. and about 950 contacts. He is using activesync and i have gone through removing the profile, cache and recreating and it still won't update fully.

I have had more reports now from activesync and IMAP users, i'm trying to work through this before opening a ticket. removing and re creating the profile for activesync users and seeing how that pans out today.
IMAP error is "failed to update headers" in Outlook 2010 also The UID of a message changed unexpectedly...
