How is MAPI assigned to domains/users?

I'm looking through the code for SolidCP now to see how the new MAPI feature might be implemented.

As far as I can gather from reading here, MAPI is setup as follows (please correct me if I'm wrong)

Domain Settings
Features:  Exchange Web Services/MAPI   (Toggle)
Limits: EWS/MAPI Accounts (Which is simply how many of the Users can use EWS/MAPI)

Individual User
Service Access: Exchange Web Services/MAPI   (Toggle)

So you can set a limit of X EWS/MAPI accounts in a domain and assign them to the relevant users? Or will every user get EWS/MAPI if the domain feature has it?

Ben,

The domain settings work together to control EWS/MAPI access for a domain. You need to set the toggle to the enabled position and specify an appropriate limit for the domain. Once EWS/MAPI is enabled and a limit is set, then you can use the toggle for a user to enable them to access EWS/MAPI.
