Hey Robert, this info is part of the sync state that gets sent to the MAPI client. We log it in Detailed mode to help track down issues with sync state dependencies between server and client. You may want to turn your mapi logging down to Normal and then check the logs for any Exceptions. These exceptions tend to be stop a client from syncing, as well as autodiscover hitting O365 (if you're using an O365 Outlook installation).
