Blocked Sender Still Showing In Inbox

I get about 30-40 items in my Inbox everyday that have already been blocked. You will see "Blocked Sender" is listed and when you right click the system knows it's blocked as "Unblock Sender" is the option rather than "Block Sender". To me this is one of the biggest annoyances as I click on Block Sender for everyone that is crap and gets through. Anyone know a way to fix this?

Hi, I've tested it on our beta environnement and it seems to work.

Have you double checked that the action is correct for the the blocked senders ? (see screenshot)


However, while testing (with mote to junk) I've noticed that if you have mail forwarding configured on your account, it still forwards it. I guess it should avoid the forwarding here, or maybe I'm wrong.
Or maybe better, to have a setting like "Forwarding for blocked sender" On/Off ?

Mine is set to send to deleted and there is no forwarding on my account.

Okay then I have no idea what could be the prob. Do you have an extract of the delivery log for that particular mail ?
