[BETA 7384] Domains/users anagement

Hi SmarterTools,

First, congratulations on the huge list of fixes on this build.

I see now that a system administrator can manage a domain users and settings without needing to impersonate to the domain admin, that's a good thing.

However as we use our own control panel I'm a bit worried about impact of these changes to API calls.

Are there changes to the API ?

- I guess there are additions to the API so we do not need anymore to impersonate as a domain admin to manage it ?

- Are there deprecated API functions ?

I can't find anything about it in the changelog. I prefer to ask before updating :)

We paid particular attention to not break the existing APIs when we made these changes, and all existing calls should continue to operate as they did.
