Why "CHANGED: Preview pane will always be on the right. (Removed the bottom preview pane.) " in 7384 beta?

Many of our users still prefer bottom preview pane!!!

has that been removed too? If even NO PREVIEW PANE is now remeoved, I can't update to 7384, unless I want hundreds of users to comply with it!

In the next public build release, we are re-adding the option for users to show or hide the preview pane. Please note that only the right-side preview pane will be available; the bottom pane is no longer an option.
