[Beta] Time offset issue with invites

Being Fixed
When sending an invite to an SM user, the email has the correct corresponding time, but the SM calendar has the associated event +4 hours to the actual time.

Which is correct

however, the calendar shows the event for 8:00PM to 8:30PM.

The issue is that the EDT is translated to UTC which is 4 hours ahead.  I have seen this ever since the last update(3/6) in addition zone issues reported before.  

This bug is especially annoying.

Yeah, this poor user who reported it has had constant cal issues with SM since v16... I feel for him.
