URL/link not valid using Smartermail API "GetMessage" method

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the right place but I have a problem using Smartermail API.

I'm using the "GetMessage" method of the API. My goal is to download the attachments that are linked with an email.
My problem is that when I try to get the "attachments.link" property, the result is not working. What I mean is that the URL/link that I get is not valid.

When I use the link in a browser (Firefox/Chrome) I have the following message:
 " {"message":"Error getting attachment"} "

Can anyone help me understand what's going on here? 

I'm using SmarterMail Edition Professionnelle Version: 7242 (Oct 30, 2019)
