Problems with EAS

We have a customer complaining about many problems with EAS synchronization. The update locks in the middle of the download.

After that, the only way is to enter the settings and force the data to be synchronized.

Apparently it started from version 7355. It happens on Android and iOS. We checked the logs and found nothing unusual.

"it is not updating on the cell phone .. it updates only when it wants to ... it is charging, it is concluded and it does not update ... but then, out of nowhere, a few hours later, it works"

"agenda loads and after all, add everything .. I need to force resynchronization to get it back"

Someone with similar problem ??
