Spam Rating OR at least Adding Something to Subject

Can there be a way to add a new additional subject (Similar to SPAM LOW) ... as an example by IP range?
Here is my reasoning......
a.) I have a few domains that do get emails from out side their own country.
b.) However, the majority only receive emails from within their country.....
     ... It would be easy to identify (if desired) .. that based upon originating IP address...
         that the COUNTRY is added, or at least something like [FROM OUTSIDE XXXX) .....
  That way,, we could build additional spam rules.... 

I am getting emails to my clients that are technically legit ... because domain passes all the DKIM, and lookups.. but really are not from "CHASE" ....
