Secretly for user emails to another user

Hello Everyone,

I am using the latest Smartermail 15

I would like to know whether it is possible to secretly forward user's delivered emails to another user without them knowing or any alternative way.

This is a request from the company to monitor particular user's email delivery due to some dubious job done by them.

Couldnt use use SmarterMail archive feature to do this? While it doesnt "forward" messages, it does save the users sent/received messages, even if the user deletes said messages, the archive will have them.

Hi Christopher,

Thanks for the suggestion but I've already configured for all domains but management want a real time check. Furthermore, loading back the archive is a hassle and time consuming thing.

I am still open for other ways.

Hi GW,

You may want to use an event to blind copy all sent and/or received emails to another email address.  Take a look at the instructions to do this in our kb article Copy Mail Sent To or From a Mailbox
